Fruit & cream whats not to love?

So come on how many of you thought that fruit was out of bounds on low carb? Its a common mistake people make, it comes from the old Atkins era that got lots of people thinking low carb meant eating a diet just of bacon egg and cheese. Well low carb has moved a long way since then and us low carb-ers love our fruit. Blueberries are a good source of vitamin K, they also contain vitamin C, fibre, manganese and other antioxidants. Chia seeds give an extra benefit ENERGY!

Coconut Cream & Blueberries

Serves 1


  • 50g Coconut cream
  • 50g Blueberries
  • 1tbsp Chia seeds
  • 10g 85% Grated chocolate (optional)


  • Whip the cream until smooth
  • Pile on your chis seeds & berries (chocolate if using)
  • Enjoy!
